Sports, whether inland or on water, give us a thrilling experience, but they do play heavy on the environment, which raises the brows of environmentalists, while taking the adventure to the extremes. Addressing the issue, German designer Michael Burger has devised a catamaran type water bike named the “Hydro Bike” for aquatic sports that promises to keep up the adventure of water sports without harming the environment. The catamaran carries both a seat and propulsion, which is pulled by the propeller and controlled by a steering wheel, allowing a smooth, sustainable and brisk sail for adventurous souls.
