Nature with its vivid and instinctive designs has inspired man in all ages and environs. Drawing inspiration from shades or effects created by light after passing through the branches of trees, designer Andre Coelho has developed an outdoor light named the “Voronoi Lamp” that seems to bring some natural elements to contemporary urban landscape, which is characterized by the cramped jungle of concrete build in a haphazard manner. Featuring organic patterns portrayed by nature, the street lamp offers shadow to the passersby during the day. While on the other hand, it creates a magical lighting ambience at night. The only missing thing is the solar planes, which surely would bring it more close to the nature.
