With more robotic vacuum cleaners hitting the market, iRobot’s Roomba seems to have a tough competition ahead. Yesterday we covered the Neato XV-11 on the blog and today we have another robotic vacuum cleaner from LG to challenge the credibility of the Roomba. Entitled the “RoboKing,” the latest devise is an autonomous vacuum cleaner that comes integrated with two cameras that allows better analysis of surroundings to help the computer prescribe the best cleaning path, ensuring 30% more efficiency in comparison to its predecessors.

Introducing the more refined cellphone and laptop technology to the vacuum cleaners, the new robotic vacuum runs on Lithium Polymer batteries which lasts about 5 times longer than its contemporaries and makes your dusting clean and green. The RoboKing also integrates a HEPA filter, cyclone dust kit and prominent suction power for enhanced performance. Furthermore, it reduces the noise level, from 63dB to 50dB, as well as height, from 5.5″ to 3.5″, for unstressed and better cleaning. Users may either control the vacuum directly with a built-in joystick, or a RF remote which functions within a radius of 33 feet from the comfort of your bed.
