Based in Concord, MA, Vibram USA designs, develops, and markets authentic, high quality performance footwear soles and footwear for outdoor recreation, casual and fitness. We seek a talented senior level designer to join our international design team in creating innovative design solutions for our OEM footwear soling and footwear businesses. This full time position reports to the VP of Design & Development and is located in Concord, MA, USA.

Specific Skills

•BFA or equivalent degree in Industrial Design required
•5 years minimum footwear design experience required. The ideal candidate is a game changer interested in redefining form and function in footwear design and has a strong sense of how to innovate footwear construction.
•Strong conceptual skills required.
•Manual Drawing skills, computer Skills needed: Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office, 2D/3D CAD applications.
•Candidate expresses excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Candidate thrives in a group environment and treats others with respect.
